You can change the Windows Media to convert the CD to MP3 instead of WMA.

Then the Itunes should read them.

The setting is in the Tools/Options menu of Windows Media.

It is always better to rip to MP3 then all programs can read them.

You may hve to do this on a different CD than you alrady ripped.
