i prefer the red hot chili peppers, because they are awesome. and they get along well.

Well they were both great in there day. RHCP really declined with there music over the years. And Guns and Roses haven't done anything new since 1993.
I would have to Say Guns and Roses is the better band in there day . They had great songs..not taking anything away from RHCP's But G&R are better.
Personally I like STP better then both of these bands.
Thats just my opinion though.

I'm gonna have to say Red Hot Chili Peppers..BUT only because I haven't heard a lot of songs from Guns N Roses, but "November Rain" is such a good song.

I'm going to say Red Hot Chili Peppers because I have never heard a Guns N' Roses song. And plus, RHCP has been together for 23 years and they keep making hit songs! They're amazing!

Guns n' Roses. Even though they put out less music, they have more enduring hits and have sold more records. Also a variety of legendary musicians have said Guns N' Roses was their favorite band (Steven Tyler, Mic Jagger, Lars Ulrich, etc).
