Flair is better than both. Hogan is an a** in real life and only cares about himself. I go with the Rock.

The Rock.....Just like I was The Rock fan when he faced Stone Cold. The Rock is the one person that I continued to like even when he turned heel.

The Rock was the best at entertaining the fans. From his extended segments, to him putting over guys. Stone Cold is great, but no one took a Stunner like The Rock. Nobody was more willing to put over the Goldberg's and The Brocks, so they would look good as champions. Something that Hulk Hogan wouldn't do for the good of the company.

Oh I hated Hogan stealing The Rock's time to shine after the WM match.

Whether he is whooping candy-***, or getting his *** beat nobody puts on a show better than The Rock.

The Rock

Response to other answers: If Rock, Hogan, Flair, and Miz were in a 4-Man Elimination Match, I would want to see Flair hit with The Mizard of Oz, then an Atomic Leg Drop, and finally submit to Rock's version of the Sharpshooter to be the first competitor eliminated. Then, because of Hogan's age, Rock nails the Rock Bottom on him, but Miz quickly makes the cover, eliminating Hogan and drawing Rock's ire. In a one-on-one situation, Miz gets his keister handed to him with the following ending: Rock busts Miz's spine and then begins the motion for "the most electrifying move in sports entertainment", the People's Elbow. After hitting the Elbow, Rock poses with one foot on Miz's chest, and while the ref counts to 3, everyone can see the People's Eyebrow.

Of course Hollywood Hogan. I've followed his career since before a lot of you kiddies were born. I can't stand the Rock. He is ego-centric, self-centered and talks of himself in the third person. How ego-maniacal is that. Besides he has a sick fascination with flatulence and poo. That's just plain gross.

Neither one, I didn't care for either guy that much. But I'd think it'd be awesome if The Miz toppled just one of those two guys, though.
