Bottle feeding babies (and heavy pacifier users/thumb suckers) are much more likely to end up with crooked teeth. Breastfeeding makes baby use the correct muscles in the face to suck and therefore results in better jaw alignment, facial symmetry and straighter/healthier teeth.

Infants frequently have teeth that come in crooked. This is not caused by a bottle or pacifier. However, if they come in straight and then become crooked, this may be caused by a bottle or pacifier.

from experience with my kids, they can grow crooked and then straighten or it could be that they use a dummy (pacifier.)
