I like the design too, but they are still only worth £20!! Shame!!

I am amazed that an Englisman has been taken off an English currency note and replaced him with a Scottish man. Scotland have their own currency, albeit still stirling. They, the Scottish, wouldn't dream of putting an Englishman on their money. Why have we done it? I mean put a foreigner on it? Could we please have our English man back?

Well I got first one on Saturday night, thought it was a joke. Looks like toy money. Then was completely gutted as the pay machine at the carpark didn't accept it. So then I REALLY thought it was toy money. Then panic set in. But luckily a guy swapped it for an old one for me. Thank you to him, whoever he was! So NO I don't like it!

i couldn't give a monkeys a** what the money looks like as long as it still works! But to be honest they shouldn't be wasting money creating pretty bank notes!

They look a bit strange but we will get used to them a supermarket near me refused to take them off my husbands friend yesterday he had to use his credit card so obviously the staff hadn't been shown them

Well apart from this being in the wrong category.
I think they are great and seem to some what resemble a Euro. If only it led to us ultimately joining the Euro.

i think it looks really kool but the problem is whn i first saw them they looked like play money that little kids play shopkeepers with! oh well we will all get over it they are great and a kool colour.
