the Rock. Look at his performance in The Rundown, or Walking Tall. And frankly, Cena sucked in The Marine. Still a decent action movie, though.

The Rock is the best at both. Hogan can't really wrestle and was a terrible actor. Cena is decent at both, but the Rock was great at both.

I would say Roddy Piper. He did a movie called "They Live". He's performance was outstanding.
