None of the jeans I try on at stores seem to be comfortable. The low rise feels like the pants are slipping down and the full panel has a seem that cuts across the belly that I know in my third trimester is going to be unbearable when I sit down. I'm looking for the old traditional full panel pants. I just bought a pair of jeans yesterday that were "full panel" but I had to buy them in a size that is way too big so that the seam across the belly doesn't cut in to my stomach. Any ideas? I don't want to only wear knit pants!

Thanks for your answers, but the pants I'm talking about must be so outdated that nobody knows what I mean. The stores you all suggested do not carry what I'm talking about. Thanks anyway. I did find one though - they only sell it online.

I went to the Motherhood Store. They have maternity pants that are blue jeans but they have a cloth running across the top to help support the baby. I love mine jeans that I got from there. I'm wearing again for the second time.

Gap.com

The Gap jeans may be a little more expensive but they wash up great and are REAL denim not the fake stuff. I had to get them since they're the ONLY place you can find maternity denim with a 34" inseam!

I found some at JC penney's and some at Sears!!! I love the panels cause they actually hold you up as apposed to the ones that just have the band going undertneath the belly!!!

It is getting hard to find ANY maternity clothing anywhere. What, are people not having babies anymore? Everywhere I go they only have one or two racks of ugly stuff. Try Motherhood, they at least show you the different styles on-line before you go to the store.

I don't know if your high maintenance or not, but I came across A TON of those style pants yesterday at the thrift store.

well, i'm 34 weeks pregnant and i hate the full panel maternity pants, i like the ones with the smaller all around band.

but, go to jcpenney.com and they have a good variety of maternity jeans including full panel without the seam cutting across the belly.
