Well..... mabye try a after school club for multi purposes like, Homework and Hang-out club. It gets the most of both popular and non-popular people! It gives people a chance to catchup with their mates and get a bit of homework off their backs, aswell as nagging mothers!

yours is a tough one to consider given i don't know your age or the demographics of your area. let me suggest to you what i would do if i were you. first i would consider that you must have a common theme that keeps everyone involved over the long haul if its going to succeed. something strange might draw them in to begin with but when the interest runs out so will the people.you might try interviewing not only your friends but adults to see if any ideas come out of that. a lot can be determined if you have an idea of about how many people you are shooting for and what gender[if applicable]. try to have it open where by its nature it doesn't offend or exclude anyone and try to keep a fresh program flowing whenever possible. look in the titles of the yahoo answers for possibilities. games, religion, philosophy, politics,etc, etc. good luck to you!
