Cant say yes or no. If they are cracked and have little or no air and it has been sitting in the same place for a year, then most likly yes. It thy have the peoper air and the car was on blocks then no.
But the tires are not the only thing to worry about here. The fuel pump, the hoses the carb and the gas are also as well as a lot of other things.

No...if the tires were ok before you garaged it...they should be ok now....check and adjust the tire pressures before you drive the vehicle

They may have been slightly mis-formed from being in one position for a long time.
But, no, they'll get back to normal in a couple days of driving.

No-just make sure they are not "Dry-Rotted" other than that just drive it around the "Block" a few times or so-just to make sure your tires don't feel flat-go flat. if not your good to go.

not unless they are dry rotting if they rubber has alot of cracks in the tread and sidewall time to get new shoes for your car if no cracks drive it like you stole it
