I dont think either of them should. Maybe Durant becasue he is a constistant scorer but Oden isn't. Plus both their colleges need them next season. They should be like the guys from Florida who stayed for another season. It would make more sense to stay all four years at college becasue once your down with the NBA or get really injured, we would you go from there? Add comments please

I don't think Durant has anything else to prove and really didn't want to go to college, so the trip to the pros is logical for him.
Oden is not ready for the pros, unless he doesn't mind fouling out of pro games. He needs another year to learn how to stay out of foul trouble.

I mean lets be real durant would get bullied if he left for the NBA this year and he would enevr score against nba players like does in college he should really develop his game more get bigger and then go for the draft he can only get better....

Greg Oden something about him just makes me think if he comes out this year he'll be a big failure. He has had poor games in most the NCAA tournament games so far. If he's in so much foul trouble with these college guys imagine him guarding a shaq, or Amare stoudamaire, imagine Lebron or Dwayne wade driving the lane and making a poster out of him he's just not good enough right now in my opinion.

Durant should go. He completely dominated the college landscape and doesn't have that much more to prove. He proved he could play defense and stay out of foul trouble. He also proved he is a capable rebounder, an excellent shooter, and a smart young player. Oden needs to stay one more year. He needs to develop his right hand a little more and polish his offensive inside game. His defense is great and he's a terrific rebounder, but he needs to work on staying out of foul trouble. Another year in college will only help him become a stronger, better player.

I think Durant should and Oden should stay in college. Durant is probably the most talented player in college right now. He should pursue at what he's good at, which is basketball. Oden should stay a t college. Ohio St. NEEDS him.

I don't think they should because I think college players should stay in college for at least 2, if not 3 season, but you can bet that both go to the NBA. It has always been my contention that all these players leaving so soon just screws up the college game.

That's a tough one. As far as experience, they should stay in college so they go into the NBA with a little more. However, if they get injured in college, no NBA team will sign them. Once they sign a contract with the NBA they are money. And they could practice hard in the NBA to make up for their lack of experience from college. I say go for it. If they are injured in the NBA they still have a contract.

Durant can but he shouldnt because he still hasnt done anything in college. Oden at least made it to the Final Four and might win it all this year

Nah They should both go to the NBA and make the big money like they want to. Do oyu really think they would have went to college if they didn't have to. I think Oden had already said he wanted to go straight to the NBA.

I don't think so. Of course people want them to, but both are in it for the $. If you are guaranteed millions so quick and easy, I would do it right away. If they get an injury in the college next season, they might not have this chance again. Both proved themselves good enough already in college, so it's time to take it to the next level.

Well I agree I think both should stay but, I don't think either of them will. Its a lock being a first or second pick in the draft for both of them. To much money to pass up. The NBA always drafts on potential not so much talent or numbers wise so that's why I think they are both gone.
