My favorite is an eel dragon roll. I've had this two ways, but the most common seems to be a basic california roll (crab, cucumber) topped with avocado and eel. They baste it in the eel sauce and it's SO yum!

well I will have to say it was in Mexico.
I was in Juarez, Chih. on vacations I order a roll that is called "Amaebi" (it has crab, avocado, cucumber and on top has cream cheese). By far it's the most delicious sushi I've ever tasted.
The cream cheese and the avocado taste so good together, I haven't be able to find something like that in the US.

Steel in Dallas, TX was the best all around. Also some of the specialty rolls at Sushi Sake in Austin, TX such as the 'big *** roll'...seriously. That's what the chef calls it. Kyoto, also in Austin has the 'Longhorn roll'...I love sushi!!

A spicy tuna handroll with plenty of cayenne pepper is one of the simplest, yet tastiest types of sushi around.

A dim sum restaurant in Princeton NJ, they had a something called the Princeton Roll. I do not recall what was in it, but have wanted to go back for it for months now.
