I'm computer bus. certified. I don't get any benifits. I'm the only employee who knows how to do everything. I've been here a year and a half.

What does your work effort(s) specifically contribute to the company line? What amout of revenue are you generating?
What do you cost the company--in terms of health care, pension, sick-leave, etc.,? If you can document your financial value to the company's bottom-line and show--with facts and figures--how beneficial you are, that is sound ground-work for a RAISE discussion. Remember: the bottom line is your net worth is not necessarily reflected in what an employer is willing to pay you...that's just what they need from you--and what they're willing to pay....You should always know your own worth & value and not look to others to set a price on you---of course they'll take you as "inexpensively" (cheaply!) as possible...that supports their bottom line and profit margin. You're responsible for knowing your worth and marketing yourself accordingly.

$10 an hour for your position is not a lot at all.
How long have you been with this company?
Do you have a college degree and more than 3 years experience in your field?
Also do you work near a larger city? If you do work near a larger city I suggest you put your resume in that area because smaller companies in small areas tend to not have a lot of money to throw around.

you can be worth up to $15 an hour. If you have a college degree and 2 years experience, you will be worth up to $18 an hour. Keep at it and make a point list of your contributions and discuss with the manager on a friday afternoon

You are worth more than twice that!!!! If you want to work with a 500 inc company called Melaleuca from your home and learn how to make more than you do now and still keep your job let us know and we can help you achieve that goal only if you let us help you. This is not MLM or a scam. We can set you up with a presentation so you can be the judge for yourself. Let us know.

Getting paid what your worth? I once had a teacher tell me "you will never get paid what your worth until you work for yourself". Think about that. It really makes sense. If you got paid what you are worth, the company would not make a profit which is essentially;
cost of product-cost to make product=profit.

I would say about $15 an hour plus benefits if you are not getting any commission. I would be looking for another job if they wont give you a raise to at least $12.50.
