You,ve got several choices. Depends on the shade of meaning you want.

As already mentioned, tacere.

Tacere = be silent; pass over in silence; leave unmentioned

Also

Silere = be silent, not to speak (about); be quiet

Reticere = keep silent; give no reply; refrain from speaking/mentioning; leave unsaid;


Any one of the three means 'to be silent', with just very slight differences.

Taceo = I am silent so I think it's tacere
