This occurs each time I try to shut down my yahoo for the day . I have to "check ok to terminate the program"

does this happen when using IE and Firefox (or some other non-IE browser)?
if it happens in both, and only for myyahoo!, then i'd say it's a bug in myyahoo!
but if it happens every time you close the browser, then it could even be spyware that's crashing itself.
anyway i DON'T think this is a hardware issue, that error message is a software error, not hardware as a previous answer suggested.

looks like you have some bad memory, or some other bad hardware device. Your PC is having a hard time freeing up used memory..
Look at finding someone who knows about the internals of a PC to swap out your memory..
