I'm searching for furniture and appliance outlets in the Bay area?

I know there's a great appliance outlet somewhere in Hayward/Union City/San Leandro that sells new appliances with slight blemish/little dents.....also any furniture outlets ...hopefully they have reasonable delivery fees to Milpitas area!...thanks!

I dont know the delivary fees I used my truck(but if its high they have pick up and delivery guys on graigslist.)
I actually bought my oven and fridge at airport appliance
at half what youde pay elseware (never been used)

Macy's has their furniture store outlet in Union City.

Also, Cort Furniture has a Clearance Store in Santa Clara and two other locations. These are slightly used pieces of furniture that were rentals through Cort Rental Service. I've bought my whole bedroom set there.
