whatever weakness you decide to give them, make sure you turn it into a strength.

for example, if they ask you a weakness and you say you're too "stubborn", you could use that weakness to your advantage and say something like "but the fact that i'm stubborn means i won't give up until i've overcome whatever i'm challenged with."

but to answer your question:

my weakness = i'm easily distracted (short attention span)
my strength = i take criticism well

The surest way not to get a job is to eloquently highlight a serious weakness you have during an interview. The most effective way to answer this interview question is to talk about a strength you have and then admit that your weakness is that you play to your strength too much. For example: "I am a very hard and dedicated worker. I always deliver on my commitments. My weakness is that I sometimes don't take enough time out from work to handle my personal affairs." In other words, not really a job weakness

Your "weekness" could be bad spelling! It's "weakness"!!

Haha.

As the guy before me said, make sure your weakness is something that you have fixed, or are aware of and working on.

A weakness - tunnelvision. Tending to stay involved in one thing to completion, rather than moving on and working on several things at once.
Strength - working well with others. Ability to thrive in a group setting.

My strong points are that I have superb communication and organizational skills, I am a dedicated and hard worker who takes pride in the work I do and I am creative and a team player. A weakness of mine may be that I should be more authoritative.

my old boss said 'I never bring papers or any materials for the first interview i do". When I did the interview things I thought where good for that question are, use the same answer for both, or use food, chocolate for women & steak for men.
