Only if you must. If you're like a "B" why???? Go for a High "C". Not "D" or "DD", that's too big and you will get back problems later, my friend had 'em and got a reduction later for that reason.

I wouldn't recommend going over a C cup, if you want them to look real.
If you want to make sure people see them coming, go DD.
