ok you hook them up as follows..
Shield 1--GND2--data+2 --Data-2---VCC
both should fit in like picture of other cable you have, but the missing pin spot has the 2nd shield pin gone but it no problem.Place it from Missing pin == SHield2
then folow it as such then you should have it working.

Hmm, from the photos curiously that of course you have already have been given one USB Header desirable with a 4 pin plug. So, for the reason which you aparrently have yet yet another 4 pin USB header on your motherboard.yet your case wires are 5 pin........ you want the a number of 4 pins to confirm that USB to paintings, the only pin on your case wires that would desire to not be equired it the only marked guard. It apepears to be only that. The guard (ie: outer casing of the cable. prevalent to guard the interior cables from magnetic interference. optimum, in all risk you would be able to omit connecting the guard pin on the case cable.

Hmm, from the photos it appears you already have one USB Header connected with a 4 pin plug.

So, since you aparrently have another 4 pin USB header on your motherboard.but your case wires are 5 pin........

You need the other 4 pins in order for USB to work, The only pin on your case wires that may not be equired it the one marked SHIELD. It apepears to be just that. The SHIELD (ie: outer casing of the cable. Usually used to shield the inner cables from magnetic interference.

Most, likely you can omit connecting the SHIELD pin on the case cable.
