That tingly lust phase fades in time but true love for them will always remain.

I think you need to find out what true love is and isn't. Read in the Bible I Corinthians 13 "The Love Chapter" where it says love is patient and kind and seeks not it own way at the expense of others. It isn't boastful or proud and always believes in the positive. This love is such that it will gladly give its own life to save the life of another. It says of faith, hope and love that the greatest is love. It is this kind of love that has kept my wife and I married for over 28 years, though there were times we didn't agree and some times of great hardship. If you don't have this kind of love, you don't have love, but something else like maybe lust. Lust will fail you when a person prettier comes along or things get boring. True love never fails and is more than just a tingle.

All three - after 13 years this time and 2 years before that (first time around). Theres tingle sometimes, theres love (the caring type) and there is the comfort of being used to each other. Happy - oh yes!

The "tingle" feeling may fade for some but for some it remains. I myself am in love, love and are used to my husband. Also the tingle, hell yeah its still there. Oh and by the way, its been 12 years!!

i think sometimes its all 3 of them put together, after a while love changes to comfort and ur used to the person being there which could be a reason some stay in the relationship but that doesnt mean that u dont love thmel..its hard, i guess everyones different and each opinions will be different based on their own theories and what has happened to them

Hate him sometimes and pine for him other times. When I miss him, I know I'm in love with him because I still get that squishy feeling in my guts. When we're together at home, I think I tend to take him for granted. We've been married over 6 years now, together longer than that.

It's been 20 years since we met.
We've been married for 17.
Yes I love him, but I worry that it's just a bit platonic these days.
There's not that tingle for me now.
I wish there was.
