i want to update my wardrobe with lots of new outfits. Where should i go and what should i buy!!! its for college.

There is some nice stuff at Topshop and H & M at the moment. But I like to mix and match my stuff, you can get some really good basics at places like Matalan and Primark, you can mix them with stuff from other shops and the all important assessories.
Never under estimate how much a belt, scarf, necklace, can really make an outfit.

well since you said "sexy" i would assume you are a girl. if you can't find anything in stores you can try a bunch of websites. i like abercrombie and fitch (abercrombie.com)
and aldo shoes!!! (aldoshoes.com) macy's is always great.
(macys.com) old navy has some, i repeat: SOME nice shirts that can be casual for when you are in your dorm or hanging out with your friends.

you must be in the uk we don't get river isalnd here in the states. wish we did though. go to urban outfitters. they're starting to blow up in the uk. i think they're only in london, birmingham, and machester though. dublin too if you're in ireland.
