H2SO4 (aq) ---> 2 H+(aq) + SO4--(aq) CuO(s) ---> Cu++(aq) + O--(aq) O--(aq) + H+(aq) ---> OH-(aq) OH-(aq) + H+(aq) ---> H2O(l) upload those and you get CuO(s) + H2SO4(aq) ---> Cu++(aq) + SO4--(aq) + H2O(l). be conscious that because of the fact CuSO4 is a salt, it exists in aqueous answer as Cu++(aq) + SO4--(aq).
