Sounds like a hormonal imbalance to me. Go see your OB/GYN or an endocrinologist soon. Several years ago the same thing happened to me, turns out I have an endocrine disorder called polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Having 3 periods in a month is not normal, your doctors will be able to figure out what's going on and help you.

sometimes things like that happen...i had 2 in one month before...nothing is wrong...just keep on going with your regular life
