I have 2 kids also so we have an Easter Egg hunt and barbecue outside. We don't hunt hard-boiled eggs though, we do "Cascarones" they are hallowed out eggs that you fill with confetti and then paint them to break them on people's heads. Fun!

Easter Egg coloring the day before, and then the Easter Bunny hides the eggs around the house. The Easter Bunny also comes that night leaving a gift much like Santa Clause, well not as extravigant, but candy and a little somethin.
