I would say Disneyland and take advantage of their 2fer offer for Southern California Residents. You pay for 1 day for either Disneyland or California Adventure and you get to to to the other park another day for free. But it does end on April 26th.

If not that then why not go to Knotts Berry Farm. It is very close to Disneyland and between Six Flags and Disneyland for price.

Disneyland by a mile. 6 Flags has really great coasters, but the park is perpetually dirty, the employees are not trained well and are often rude, and the food is terrible. Disney's customer service just can't be beat! My husband and I no longer visit 6 flags because we've had such bad experiences each time we have visited.
Enjoy your vacation!

@mw451- Its humorous which you reported Kings Dominion for the reason that that grew to become into my domicile park xD yet purely thinking what does that and the others would desire to do with this question?? lol As for the asker....it relies upon on what Six Flags?? Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia or Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo??? i'm not gonna lie yeah Magic Mountain has some great rides yet truly the park itself sucks. Its have been given some undesirable maintenance and its not the cleanest of all parks. So i could pass with Disney and Seaworld if I have been you.

Definately Disneyland...Even though entrance fee is expensive, there are free things to do inside which make up for the cost of the entrance fee. Have fun!!
