Swimming utilizes more muscles in the body than any other type of exercise, and you don't suffer the joint stress as you would if you ran. That being said, if you are a rock, put on those jogging shoes.......

I was a CC and T&F runner in High School. I still go out running 4 or 5 times a week; I just love it.

Our coach made us believe that Running is the only true sport. The rest are just games. I believe it! It's true!

Swimming can also be a good sport, but I prefer running; It makes you feel that you are truly alive. And let's face it, swimming is kind of a game. You swim because it's fun. Running is not fun and that's what is good about it. Not everyone feels like running frequently.

swimming will probably make you stronger and more conditioned than running so i would do swimming
