inside your ventilation system there is a doorlike flap that is connected to vacuum controlled device that works with your temp control allowing the flap to move open for warm air and closed for cool air, that flap may have broken loose from the device,(i can't remember the name of this part). or maybe your vacuum line has fallen off, you would have to look up behind your dash to find it, or your control switch could be bad. hope this helps..

Could be the small vacuum pot that is on your heater hose next to the firewall is not operating right or at all.

Could be out of r134a refregerant. if there is a leak you can always put in another can of it.
