You could use NAIR for sensitive skin. Also use baby oil on your legs immediately after you shower/shave

Be sure to shave with the grain when you start out. After several weeks you will then be able to go against the grain and enjoy a closer, softer feel to your legs.

If you shave your legs make sure afterwords you use a exfoliant with oil in it to sooth the legs. When you get out of the shower pat your legs dry, and put a lot of lotion on it, preferably one without scent, so it doesn't get irritatied. You could also ise nair or veet, but they aren't good for sensitive legs...

Keep the bumps clean, apply peroxide to them daily following with neosporin. when they are all better try the folowing:
Scrub them well with white sugar and shower gel, smooth on some cheap hair conditioner, then shave, then put baby oil on them while they are still damp. Let them air dry.
