Can I get arrested or fined for biking it out naked in Manhatten area in NY? My friend and I were planning this but we are terribly scared of what might happen to us with police and stuff.
Can we get arrested for this? Why can't we be free........

Well i think that is indesent exposure so yeah im pretty sure that you can get introule for that but yeah i think that it would be funny but i would wear spedoos or somthing instead so you wouldnt get int rouble

yes, you can get arrested for indesent exposure, it can also go on your record and sometimes the way things are worded it could be considered lewd conduct.
