um - go to the doctor. At least get a tetnus shot.

If it bleeds let it bleed a bit. if it was just an old pitch fork that was rusted you should put a slice of potato on it and tap it there IT WILL PULL OUT ALL THE RUST!! I know this for fact ... when i was seven I had a rusty spike go all the way threw my foot.. "grama" didn't take me for a tetnis , she put slices of potato on each side and change them twice a day for two days and it never got infected..and the wound was clean as a wistle.. That's some old school **** there and it works!!!!!!!!!!

Ow. Dang.
I did something like that once. I stepped on a horseshoe with the nails still in and pointing up. When I lifted my foot up the hosreshoe was stuck in me good. I pulled it out, wiped up the blood and cleaned the whole thing real good. Just make sure you keep it clean. Steralize it once a day at least. Keep ice on it to help prevent bruising.
No matter what people say, Horseshoes are not lucky!

you sat on a pitch fork. OUCH! did it puncture ur skin? if so u better go to the doctor. cuz those things arent exactly um...clean. other wise it might get infected

If you have had a tetanus shot in the past ten years, you could try soaking in warm water before you go to MD. If you haven't then go now. I presume the skin is punctured? Do you need sutures? If there is too much bleeding you might. Difficult to say without knowing more.
