Interesting! This is going to be some event. Eventhough not all the matches stipulated are according to the original plan, it seems to be one exciting night. Ok , friend, here are my predictions (with some details).
1. Benoit beats MVP easily with the crossface. (in less than 3 minutes!!!)
2. Jimmy wang Yang def Chavo by DQ, not able to win title.
3.Ashley becomes new wwe women's champion. (At some point of the macth, the other divas will be around the ring bringing more heat to the moment)
4.Kane vs. Khali will end in a No Contest or Double DQ as they will be fighting off the ring.
5.ECW Originals over the New Breed with Van Dam's 5 star frog splash. (would love if this macth were under Xtreme rules)
6. Bobby Lashley def Umaga, and the funniest moment of the evening: Vince's Head being shaved. Stone Cold to apply stunner to Umaga.
7. Cena over Michaels with a lucky FU after recuperating from a Sweet Chin Music. After the Match they will pose for the fans (as friends).
8. MITB Ladder match. Uff, tough one I'd choose between Edge and Mr Kennedy, and as Edge was the Champ for some time during last year, I choose Kennedy to win in a match that only the Hardys will steal the show. Assuming that Kennedy wins, he will cash out inmediately his opportunity in the next Backlash
9. The Main event. I'll first ask myself: Does Batista deserve to end Undertaker's 14 year streak? Moreover, is he doing good job in the ring to be holding the belt for a few more months? Clearly the answer is NO. But what are the plans? I heard that there is a promo for Backlash running and it put Batista vs Kennedy for the title. I will not pay attention to that and make my prediction no matter what. Undertaker wins, for two reasons: He deserve one last reign as Champion before retiring (two years from now), and he is more impressive and clean superstar in the WWE. So that legacy should remain and the only way to do that is retiring undefeated at WM.

undertaker will defeat batista because there no way that they would let batista retain it with the heat put on him
hbk defeats cena at wrestlemania but cena defeats hbk at backlash for the title then hbk takes a break
lashley defeats umaga but somehow they both get there heads shaved
matt hardy wins because ken kennedy has had many shots for the title before orton has too booker has been champion edge has won one cm punk is too young and finlay is too old
new breed will beat originals and it will slowly be the end for them
khali and kane will be a no contest as there going to completely tear each other part
ashley beats melina because ashley is getting pushed for it
mvp defeats benoit because benoit will be going to raw after wrestlemania
yang will beat chavo

I think that:
Undertaker will beat Batista, the dead man has never lost at Wrestlemania and he has never won the World Heavyweight Title, he has never lost at Wrestlemania and probably never will
HBK may win against Cena because of the old school angle WWE is going by: like bringing popular wrestlers from the past such as The Rock, Stone Cold, and Hogan just to name a few
Lashley beats Umaga there's no way that they would shave Trump's head
Originals beat the New Breed
Kane beats Khali
Ashley beats Melina
Benoit beats MVP
Jimmy Wang Yang beats Chavo
I think that CM Punk is going to win the money in the bank match, because he is one of the most popular wrestlers on ECW, ECW will probably trade him to RAW where he will win the WWE title from HBK or Cena

The Undertaker will defeat Batista for the Title - They will not tarnish Undertaker's legacy now - I also don't think Batista is the man they would choose to break the streak. Vince is very big on Batista but he won't get the result here.
John Cena to retain - John Cena is the golden boy right now so I see him keeping the belt. Perhaps Shawn will win it in their re-match but I don't think he will. They could give it to Shawn to set uo a HHH - Michaels feud when Hunter is back but I see them more likely doing a Cena - HHH angle.
MITB winner: Ken Kennedy - The Hardys will be the designated bump takers in this match. Certainly Jeff and probably Matt WILL fall off the ladder to the floor or through a table. Booker and Finlay are here just so as they can get on the card. I see the Egge - Orton feud being furthered in this match as they cost each other a chance at the briefcase. That leaves CM Punk. Punk is a darkhorse and my second favourite to win but I think they will go with Kennedy. I don't think Kennedy will go on to win the title though. I see him eventually moving to Raw and losing to Cena or Michaels.
Melina to retain - Ashley is here to get publicity for Playboy but they are thinking any way beyond the end of this match they MUST keep the title on Melina. With Melina as champion they can have a Women's division and a title hunt. Ashley as champion would be a joke. If she does win I hope she loses it the very next night on Raw.
Khali to beat Kane - Gonna be a crap match but Kane will get nothing from a win here and lose nothing from a loss. Khali may attract the casual wrestling fan because of his size so he will win this one.
MVP to get the US title - This could go either way but I see MVP winning and Benoit moving to Raw.
I think the Originals win win the ECW match - This will be one last big hoorah for Sandman, Sabu and Tommy Dreamer. They will get the rub here and then be fazed out of ECW.
Lashley WILL win, without a doubt - Lashley will win, Vince will try to worm out of the head shaving, Stone Cold will stun him, Vince will pass out and Austin, Lashley and Trump will shave the Bosses hair. We will then have a good few months of comedy gold with Vince coming out on TV wearing a God-awful Toupe and paying it up to the hilt.
I hope they have an MNM vs London & Kendrick match on the show for the tag Titles. If they do I go for MNM to win.

That would be awesome if Mr. Kennedy used his MITB match right at the end of the night to win, that'd be classic, b/c no would expect it!
