Spiderman can, a least in the cartoon; although he just held him up, he didn't beat on him or anything. But Apocalypse could beat him and Magneto can tear the adimantim from his bones and Polaris could too.

Just about anyone techincally. Wolverine himself although credited as a skilled fighter, really isn't, except against normal people. He always loses fights, he is always getting his butt kicked, and the only thing that makes him end up winning is his healing factor. How many times has he only won a fight because a critcal hit the enemy did, only heals away as if it did not happened? He's a skilled trained fighter, yet he doesn't fight like one "due to his animal side". It's rare to find a writer who ever portrays him as a fighter, they'd rather have him being as an animal.

Wolverine is animalistic and has the benefits of his healing factor. He isn't necessarily the best fighter, or the most skilled tactition. I would say that with careful planning, anyone could manage to take him down.
The fight that I would like to see, and it seems that we will get to, is X-23 up against Wolverine.

Thor, Hulk, Galactus , Silver Surfer, Magneto, Juggernaut, Thanos, Adam Warlock, Odin, Captain America, Gladiator,Sabertooth..All of the cosmic powered beings could kick his azz with out much of a fight. Silver Surfer would destroy him.
