My husband always tells me stories of how many accidents he has been in and a time he was not paying attention and stuck a hot electrically charged welding rod up his nose I wonder if it caused him brain damage, because he does not react to people in a normal mature fashion and he is way past the normal reckless stupid age. He chronically complains to total strangers with out thinking about it. He almost starts fights because of his attitude. He has almost caused several wrecks because he was not willing to wait another two seconds for someone to move there car on the highway. It seems like he has apsolutely no inner dialogue and consistantly offends others disregaurding their feelings and it is embarssing to me as well setting a bad example for our daughter. Also little things set him off and he has out bursts of anger and what can I do about it? Is there anything I can do about it? It it a form of brain damage causeing his irrational behavior?

No, it doesn't sound like your husband is brain damaged. He might have some slight anti-social tendencies, but not to an excess.

You should either accept him as he is or let him go.

Trying to change him will not work.
