I am going to a semi-formal dance soo and i have no idea where to look for dresses. I am really small and don't really have a chest.....Could someone help me??? :]

wear a knee length (mini will work 2) spegetti strap dress in any solid color. wuteva u do..... DONT get a halter or a strapless since u sed ur a late bloomer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also, make sure the chest of the dress HAS designs!!! find 1 with beads or designs or something on the chest!!!! that will draw attention AWAY from ur chest!!!!! have fun!!!!! <3

Buy a dress that has huge flowers on it, and big puffy sleeves, that is loose on the top.

You could try macy's or jc penny! oh since you dont have a chest , dont wear anything too revealing in that are! try something that emphasizes your waist!
