with the stuff both sides spew it's creepy. do some of youfolks really have this much time on your hands to just make stuff up to try and offend people? do you want examples? wait do you really need examples?

extremists will always scare the moderates.. but as long as they are the minority they serve a purpose .... they show us new ideas and help us to remember what a lack of control over oneself can lead to.

Extremists are always scary, no matter what side of the political spectrum you look at. the funniest part if you were to ask either side why they hate the other, their answer will always be "Because they are zealots and extremists!".
Some in the farthest extremes can't even differentiate people who are not strongly sided one way or the other, show even a modicum of opposing view and you get an earful.
Some of them are trying to get a rise out of the others, and some think their rhetoric actually "spreads their message" to the people who want to learn more.
Most of the time that cant even back their arguments, you have to take their word as law and if you show them proof to the contrary they ignore it or say your exaggerating or claim it is not proof.
it is scary. very scary. and it will never go away.

Extremists of ANY kind are usually bad news for their political or religious affiliation. Neo-cons and ultra-libs are good examples. Also, look at fundamentalists in Christianity and Islam.
Point is that extremists take things too far and usually paint a bad picture for the rest of their group.

I mean... I can be a bit extreme in some areas... but GEEZ... some of these people make me look like a middle of the road moderate... HAHAHA
it's like all the poltical crazies come on here to find people that will finally agree with them... since clearly few that they meet in real life ever would...
while I may have some out there ideas... I'm more than willing to comprimse to work for the common good... some of these people would rather see America die than comprimise... it is indeed scary..

I might be called an extremist on this site,not a liberal,but the other side!!! One thing I do know, when someone trashes my country !! look out!! I risked my life for my country and I will speak out as I see fit!!! Maybe a few extremists on the right have caused some terrible deeds,i.e. Timothy McVeigh!!! But extremists on the left,Radical Muslims,cartel drug dealers Have surpassed that by mega -miles

Radical neo-cons that post here really are dangerous, and use hate speech to undermine and forward their own agendas. This being the Internet they very well might not be Americans at all, now that is really something to be worried about.

I agree. I am a liberal and my whole family is conservative, but we are all good people. People that have crazy beliefs like some of the people on here scare me more than any terrorist. It is like bunch of Timothy McVeigh's on here.

It scares me when they call for the death of all people who belong to a certain group. i had no idea that people like that still existed.
