If i send the error report to Microsoft, I get the following:

click start, right click my computer, properties hardware tab, device manager.

Right click my computer and click properties then click Device Manager. Do you see any yellow triangles. If you do those are the problem devices. If you don't then spend some time doing an update driver for each device and let it look on the internet. There's a good chance that it will pickup any really old drivers and update them from Microsofts database of drivers.

maybe you try this it should work. Get a very good anti-virus software, say Norton 2007 which is what i have on my PC and so i know works well, and then authorize it to run a scan. it should tell you were the problem is and you can then authorize it to automatically repair the damage. If the worst comes to the worst i think most PCs come with System Recovery soft wares. downloading this should help get Ur system back to its default setting but i must warn u u will loose any personal files that didn't come with the system originally. Hope this helps

Run a memory test and check the RAM. Most probable cause if it cannot define which driver is at fault.

If it's a Dell...go to support.dell.com with the service tag and download the drivers.
Otherwise..what drivers are causing the issue?

make sure all ur mobo drivers are installed and uptodate ...
