According to the Yahoo News, it's the IRAQI
PRIME MINISTER AND THE IRAQI GOVERN-
MENT, NOT CONSERVATIVES, who wants the
Baathists to return for a 3 month trial period. The
USA has nothing to do with the IRAQI Government.

Conservatives aren't. The Iraqis are. If they have a job, then they are less likely to blow themselves up.

I saw that and thought: WTF? Although it is not really conservatives, but something being suggested by the Iraqi Prime minister. In any case, we should say: "Okay, you want to put Sadaam's people back in power? Good luck with your civil war, see ya!!"
