Usually between 38-40 wks. I, on the other hand, never lost it, so that's also normal. Once the mucus plug is gone, expect to be in labor shortly thereafter, usually w/i a few days!

I lost my plug at 37 weeks and it is now 38 weeks and 2days and still no labor. I have heard of people losing their plug at all stages and sometimes it even regenerating. Most of the time when you lose your plug it means you have starting dialateing. Good Luck!

never lost mine either!
Im at 32 weeks and waiting to see how this ones different from my last pregnancy!

i lost mine and didnt go into labor for 2 weeks after, you should ask your doctor, they will know for sure
