If so, what do you do to help it?
I've been playing pretty hard for about two weeks, and I'm starting to get some knee pain. I have a 1 inch foam pad, and I play on carpet. I don't wear shoes because it will mess up the pad, but I'm wondering if I really need the support. I want to keep playing because I've already started to lose weight.

Sorry, I have bad knees too. You could try to step a little lighter (if you're stomping). I just work through the pain. If your knees still hurt long after you're done, you could try getting knee braces from Wal Mart. A knee brace will set your kneecap in a position that puts less stress on the knee. Try not to use it too much though, or you might have a hard time walking without it.

properly it relies upon. you probably did DDR for an hour right this moment. think approximately what number energy you ate right this moment, and what your heart value grew to become into at! you will possibly desire to burn extra energy than you intake in the previous you start to lose any weight! i'm estimating DDR burns approximately 3 hundred energy in line with hour. Your ideal wager is to comprise different excersize with that and watch your calorie intake.
