Pretend you are the interviewer. What questions would you ask the interviewee? Than make sure you have answers to those questions. Write down a list of things you want to say like why you wrote a book on this topic...and how you think it will influence someone else.
Cucumbers for the eyes and some chapstick should make you appear at least awake and clean.
Good Luck!

Well make sure you study your butt off, but don't *stress* about it! Do the absolute best you can and I'm sure you'll do great. Here's a little thing I like to do if I feel stressed: go for a long run at the gym (or just some kind of physical activity that is very strenuous and will get you sweating a lot), followed by a long time in the steam room (a hot bath will do if you can't get to the steam room), and then a long shower. Try doing this after your exam and I'm sure you'll look and feel great for your interview.

Listen Izzy-d,
you need to just chill.
The interview about your book is a great thing and should be fun...as far as the exam goes, make sure you're prepared so you go in with confidence.
These things are just bumps in the road!
Go for it!

Like the others have said, just chillax. Take a bubble bath (I recomend candle lit - it's good for stress ^^) after that go over what questions you think might be asked (usually the most obvious ones, where did you get your inspiration, etc.) and just muse over that for a bit.

Good luck on the interview ^.~
