No, dont use any chemical's until you have already rinsed it, thouroughly with cold water!!! Or you'll have a stain!! Just take the shirt as soon as the blood touched it, and run that area underneath cold water!! and to help it along, I would use a scrub brush to get the blood out, it works "Fantastically!!" Just good old fashioned "Cold Water" not warm, not hot, ONLY Cold water!!! Then take and put it in the wash with some bleach!! I have completely gotten rid of the blood or any sign of it, off of my pants, during that time of the month!! And then put it in the wash with some shout in the blood area first, then some bleach in your water in the washer!!! Good Luck to you , hun!!! smile!!!

OK the first thing that you want ot do is soak it in VERY hot water. Let it soak for a coupole ghours or overnight. If that dosnt work then soak it in a little bleach and cold water. If THAT dosnt work then wash it on the cold setting with some bleach. If all else fails but you really dont want to throw the shirt out then take it to the dry cleaners, they can most likely get it out.GOOD LUCK!

Soak in plain cold water overnight. Then wash in cold water with bleach. If you've already washed & DRIED the shirt, you can't get the blood out now.

Id try a little meat tenderizer, should loosen up the blood and allow it to separate from the shirt material.

PEROXIDE!!! It gets blood out so fast! the only thing is, nevr use hot water; If you did it will NEVER come out! Anyway if you cant get it out, use your creativity! Stained shirts are perfect for iron ons, tie dye, sequins and other things. Have fun!

Well as long as you haven't dried it yet you can spray some Shout on it, let it absorb for a few and then soak it in cold water overnight. Hope that helps!

Oxyclean works great. I know that you are supposed to soak blood in cold water, but try hot water with oxyclean and let it soak for a few hours.

Try soaking it in some hydrogen peroxide, then wash in cold water--rub some oxyclean in it before throwing it in the wash.

usually the best thing you can do is run cold water over the stain if it is new. if that doesn't work then try bleach
