does anyone know what will happen...or how to calculate what i will get...or anything about the visitation rights in the state of ky? if so your help would be greatly appreciated

child support today is based upon BOTH parents incomes, thus, both parents help support the childs needs.

You do need to check with the laws in your state. Contact your local child support agency. They should be able to give you answers to your questions.

You can check out www.support guidelines.com and find your state to get the guidelines for setting support.

Yvette is wrong in stating that all states use both parents income. Some do and some don't.

Your best bet can do a search online, I'm from IL so our percent of child support is probably different from Kentucky. Also you can just call any family lawyers in your area and get the free consulation, they should be able to tell ya.
