My best friend likes to kidnap people and chop off their toes. I want to tell someone but she's my best friend and i don't think i could do that to her! please help me! I don't know what to do! and i'm scared that if i tell someone she my kill me too! HELP!

If this were true, I would report her. You said "she may kill me too". I thought she was just chopping off toes. You should care more for the welfare of other people that your so-called "best friend".

You should probably tell before it's your toes on the chopping block. She's only fronting as your friend to gain your trust and one night she's going to come over for a sleep over and everyone in your house will end up toeless.

I say go to the police anonymously like with a payphone or prepaid phone that way they can't trace your call. Be sure to use a voice deice that way they can't pick out your voice. And don't give any clues to set anyone off that it could possibly be you. Does you friend know that you know it's her
