i have microsoft windows 2000 prof. some hoe it all got deleted how do put it back on

If you are talking about the operating system itself (meaning you cant even log on to the computer), then simply reinstall over what installation is there - BUT DO NOT FORMAT or you will lose all your datd files.
If you are talking about your data files, there are numerous un-delete utilities out there, assuming all she did was a simple delete. You should research any that you find before simply installing the first one you find. Look at user comments. If you dont find what you want, take it to a local repair shop and be ready to fork over about $100 or more...
