Hey Jessica,

It would certainly have to be at least two but taking into consideration we are talking about a 'serial' killer, it would have to be a minimum of three with no limit. But then again if there is no limit where does the 'serial' killer end and the 'mass' murderer begin? Hah, didn't see that one coming, did ya?

A serial killer attacks and kills victims one by one in a series of incidents. The FBI standard set by profiler John Douglass in 1982 is (2)Two victims who are not connected in any way other than the fact they were killed by the same person in separate instances (for example if you rape and torture 2 at once to start you are not yet a serial killer).

A spree killer is a serial killer whose murders occur in a very short span of time and follow no discernible pattern.

I suppose FOX Network will be a serial killer if they cancel 'Prison Break'

oy vey!

Interesting question...why do you ask? Are you planning on becoming a serial killer?

Well in my thinking you would have to kill ATLEAST 2 people. BUT there has to be a link between the killings..i.e. they were both brunnette females (Son of Sam)

I always thought that if you ate any kind of cereal for breakfast, then you'd be considered a serial killer then. lol
