Not great- they WILL damage your skin( I know you hear it over and over) but its true, they are truley horrible for you. They go deep down in your skin and harm your cells- they are even worse than tanning outdoors.
They dont always work anyways, if you dont tan outside you wont tan in a tanning bed- you will burn.

Try self tanners or gradual self tanners for a more natural look. I recommend Dove Energy Glow, it looks so natural, im on my third bottle already! Its cheap, smells great and works!
Good luck

They are so bad! Yes, they are convenient, BUT they are a great way to look 65 when you are like 40 if you use them on a regular basis. A tan is your skin's way of protecting itself from the sun, a little (5 minutes) a day is great for getting vitamin D, which you can only get from the sun, not from a tanning booth - but they can lead to premature wrinkling and cancer.

Tanning lotions are much safer. Dove tanning lotion is an effective alternative. Doesnt smell bad unlike so many others

I used to think they were wonderful - I could be tan & warm in the middle of a Chicago winter - but 7 years ago I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma, so looking back it wasn't worth it.

Not worth the risk. Spray tan and self tanners have come along way. Same look, less time and risk.
