2 days have passed and you haven't chosen a best answer. Maybe this will help? I'm not sure.

The answer to the question could be the same as written in Dutch in my 406 owners manual. Please allow me to translate it to English for you.

DISPLAY B:
a photo is shown of the “multifunctional display screen”. Button 3 is on the left side and button 4 is on the right.

This can show the following information:
* The time, the date, the outside temp, (the Centigrade symbol blinks by chance of slippery roads), info on the radio, check open doors, fuel cap / bonnet is open…
* Warnings that are constantly displayed (i.e. battery not good) or news that is shown for 10 seconds (i.e. fill fuel tank) can be erased by pressing button 3 or 4.
* the onboard computer.

Setting the parameters:
Press button 3 in, and hold this pressed in for 2 seconds.
Afterwards by pressing button 3, various parameters can be selected:
* The language, the hour, minutes, year,month,day, 12/24 hour, temperature in F or C, miles or km.
By pressing button 4 you can change the parameters. Hold the button pressed in to change them at a faster tempo.
If for 10 seconds the button is NOT pressed in, the display gives its basic screen again.

If its the same as my 306 (2001 model). You change the clock with a sharp pencil or pin by sticking it in the holes next to the clock.

If its in the centre console then there are two buttons (one above the other) to the right of the display. The top button, when pressed adjusts the hours and the bottom button, when pressed adjusts the minutes. That's how it works in mine anyway.
