Yes! it is included in what you will learn.. but the main focus of a BA in International Business... is the International portion... being able to understand other cultures and their ways of doing business... and by understanding their ways, being able to communicate with them in a business manner...

Anyways... owning or starting a business is not only a thing of education.... most of the most successful business men and women I know have no education whatsoever in anything to do with finance, adminitration, business, etc... some of them have no education at all....

The first step to start your own business, is the WILL to do it...
You could start by getting involved with people with businesses in the areas you are interested in, in this case Real Estate (I love real estate)... and you will be surprised by how much you can learn just by following people that are already in the industry....

I talk from experience... I started as an assistant of a Mortgage Banker or representative... and well... now that I don't work with him, I am talking some Real Estate classes....

and you know what? I learned more in a week with my ex-boss than with my current classes in a whole month...

Just get involved... education will be just a plus after you knowing more than your own teacher before finishing the course....

You might open your business even before finishing your BA... FOR SURE!

GOOD LUCK!

Hope that helps!
