I think it is true but what they can do is all the players of India blue should be made to play ODI and all India seniors should be made to play Test cricket. If any senior improves then he must be given a place in ODI cricket.

I think that this strategy will definitely help the cricket team as a whole..after the dismal show in the World Cup, investing on the fresh faces is definitely the need of an hour! It will provide a vision for the future and will help in grooming the youngsters by directly exposing them in front of the doyens of World Cricket...this time, the BCCI has surely taken a wise decision with a definite purpose in mind. and it's upto the younger lot as to how they respond....

Hell yes. They should have done it long time before. India is a big big country with enormously talented young blood. I think higher ups are on the right track if they are to actualize the idea. Two teams are always helpful for the selectors to do their job in a peaceful and honest manner.

I think it is a good idea to make 2 or 3 teams and make them to play each other in coupl,e of matches and then select the team for future matches based on the performance of the players from each team.
