If you start shaking and can't stop talking and you are running around in circles you don't need to measure. You've had too much caffeine.

(I don't know Canadian measurements, sorry.) But when you see you're typing around 200 words per minute, it's time to switch over to plain water.

In any measurement too much is when you get the shakes with heart palpitations and that migraine that won't quit.

i dont know, but i had 1 cup of coffee at home, a medium coffee from dunkin donuts, a cup of coffee at work and a medium cherry coke from subway... i think that is too much

You know that you have too much caffeine when you turn into Bevis. Bevis as in Bevis and Butthead.

Maybe if you mix-1 liter of Coke & 1 liter of Coffee
that should do it...
