for me it was last week, i was shopping & managed 2 lose my car keys, i only have 1 set so went 2 the manager 2 ask 4 help but started crying like a baby! i suppose i was dreading my mum saying 'i told u so'. now i avoid that shop like the plague.

Saturday - I got myself all worked up over my sister's surgery which was today. I just got to thinking about what if something terrible happened and we lost her. I imagined how that would feel and before Iknew it I was crying.
If I think about loosing someone I love I cry I cannot help it at all!

Last Friday afternoon on the train no less.
I happened to look up from my book and saw the NY skyline out of my window. The missing WTC towers just hit me. I didn't know anyone personally that perished but the senseless of it all hurts me deeply.
I have some real issues with 9/11 and really believe that it has been the most life altering event for me to date. I felt robbed then and I feel robbed now. In a matter of minutes everything I thought I knew to be true and took for granted were gone and I will never be the same.

I cried when I got home last night because my friend does not realise how trully beautiful she is. It makes me sad to see people lose faith in themselves. But Sandalphon and Cassiel took those tears and promised me that the Angels were on the other side, looking out for me, ready to help send love to my friend on behalf of me if I would lend them my energy. Of course after the angelic invocation I felt better again. but it was the first time I cried in a long while ^_^

I cried last night...out of frustration mostly.
Life doesn't always go as you want it to. Sometimes, we reach limits and when we do, the best release is to cry....shed tears..
Ironically, I hadn't cried in a while. The reason why I cried was painful, but the fact that I cried, felt good.

before noon after my 10 mile jog. within the last two miles i started thinking of my late grandfather and my current position. maybe it was the humidity and what i thought were tears may have been sweat... that would've been a good excuse if anyone came into my home. "no way dude ... i'm not crying, i'm a grown man with testosterone"

Was yesterday thinkin about my cat that got run over oh and when i was thinking about my little boy starting school in August (he's only 4!) and reading a mother's day poem from my other little boy and when my hair didn't go right - guess i had a bad day yesterday eh!!!
